2001 Passat 1.8T Sport

Hi Guys, i know I'm a new member, please dont hold i againts me lol

Selling the car as i work in Belfast city centre and get bus to work everyday, so Passat gets a run on a tue night, wed night and at weekend...cant justify a good car sitting doing nothing. so gonna get an older car (Jetta to do nothing instead)

Bought the car in August from a friend of the family, he was 2nd owner and used it as his company car, so all motorway miles.

Car has covered 79xxx miles and has had a full VW service history up until the last service, as i was told to get get the sump and oil pickup cleaned as apparently its a weak point. Agnews were looking in the region of £550 for this, so instead i got a main dealer mechanic to look at it and do the work. was also serviced (he has serviced my last 2 cars and does a great job)

Usual Sport spec, grey sports interior(quite hard to get apparently), climate control, cassette player with 6 discs hange in boot, centre sliding arm rest, rear arm rest, etc

The last agnews service was a main one at 66k which included timing belt and all associated bits and bobs that a main service would carry.

Car has a full years MOT so all the tyres, etc are in good order.

Now there are some bad bits, every car has them.

Exterior could do with a buff if your a fussy bugger Interior could do with a clean and there are 2 areas which have a little damage, front drivers corner has a scuff and the rear passenger corner has a mark where my mum made friends with a wall when parking. Passenger window used to stick, now doesnt move :tantrum:

i could have these rectified, but this would be reflected in the price and would be a stunner and immaculate car. so if your handy with a polishing cloth and have access to a wet vac your laughing :woohoo:

So posting to see if there is any interest before i get the work done.

looking 3250 the way it sits right now, well i will at least clean it and theough in a set of stamped euro plates
