Hi can anybody shed some light on this for me? I installled new dash lights when I put it all back together the temp gauge and the fuel gauge stoppped working!

I have also noticed that someone before me has cut wires to the multiplug numbers 9 and 11..... why?

please help as iI am trying to get it all working but now it`s worse! I have checked the fuses and put in some new ones too..
