I received that model for christmas and i'm really pleased with it :-D Its very detailed, and it came to under £30 posted from Germany.

They also list 6n's along with hundreds of other vw's No mk3's though

They are from the neatherlands and they were here in my hometown @the essen motorshow and i asked the lady what if i want such a heavy and handbuild model from my mk4 polo.

Priceless she said, it's worth to make that model when i would order a hundred of them, so then the price would be about 90-100Euros each.

But i don't think that we will find 100 interested mk4 freaks who are willing to pay 100Euros for such a modelcar.

lozoic is right. IXO - is a French-registered model and you can see them on eBay. Came as part of a 'Cars of the 1980s' magazine part works on the continent I think.

For anyone wanting large scale Polos (1:18 scale) The only models available in this size are 6R's and 9n's.

The 9n's are starting fetch quite a bit on eBay atm if you want find one.

I did email Otto models about doing a 6n and they said they said no plans at present but noted my request...they also said they may be making a limited run of G40s.

and bought from a private person who did this custommodelcar by himself, it once was a seat cordoba he told me, cos that was available with 2 doors if i remember right. ?!? :

never seen a 6k saloon polo as a modelcar i guess.
