when was it last serviced?? might need new plugs, or something in the ignition system, or it might just be were you are in the rev range would pull better at around 2500-3000 compared to somewere like 1500

its just been serviced like two weeks ago and just passed its mot

wel my daddy did :-D lol aparently ther was oil in the air filter .... is that bad ??

A bit of oil in the filter is nothing to worry about, if theres a lot then your engine is breathing heavily which could mean it's due a rebuild, or it will just go on for ever but a bit more oily than normal
