hello guys, just joined on this forum

I'm hopefully selling my polo soon in a month or two time, and straight after selling it I'm looking to cancel my insurance.

BUT

about a month or two ago i had a accident, relly minor accident, and the other person is claiming on my insurance as they want to try and pay for their damage even thou it was his fault. but the way accident happened it seems like its my fault so not too sure what will happen and whose insurance will pay out?

does anyone no if i will be able to cancel my insurance because of the claim? if i am what will happen with the claim?

would appreciate some advice.
