Coilovers, 60mm drop, 9n with 17's. Any problems?

Hi, just got myself a 9n and I'm looking to buy some 17" old style rs4 wheels. Obviously with 17's you need to lower it a considerable amount so i was thinking of getting some coilovers and lowering it 60mm........Will I have to make any adjustments to the arches to accomodate these?
