use my family allowence and i have a part time job but only make enough to run the car really, so dont get much time & money to mod :( but all gonna change soon :)

Collected a boot lid off martin with the polo of boom on friday, cheers for that dude

the initial idea was to smooth the badge recess, and the boot handle off. just leaving the reg plate recess

the badge has already been smoothed but just needs skiming over with some filler.

Heres how it looked when i collected it... badge has already been smoothed, just needs re-doing though.

Made a template out of cardboard for the boot handle. then cut it out of metal.

Then cleaned the peice of metal up and filed it down untill it was a snug fit

No matter what car it is £2400 for insurance is daylight robbery.

My first car was a 1.4RT Clio doing 25k a year (mileage affects the price big time), no no claims and one inccident, £900fully comp.
