niceone ste, i didnt want to go too ott and smooth the whole lot, i did a photoshop of the rear end first see what it would look like :D

always do chops before i actualy do something haha

its fairly loud tbh, not mega loud but you can buy upgraded sirens for under the bonnet :lol: it gets some looks anyways, tis a laugh :D

time for an update! welded the plate in tonight, and started to sand down any imperfections so the boot was perfectly smooth :D

this is the first time I've ever weled btw :D I'm quite impressed :lol:

going to start applying the filler tomorrow night :D

should be filled up tomorrow then going to the bodyshop next week :)

the boot is almost finished, just needs little bits sorting to perfect it, but i might let the guy at the bodyshop get it perfect, will get some pics of the boot later :)

yesterday it was nice so i decided to start doin some engine tidying/relocating.

basically my plans are as follows...

- fit chrome strut brace

- polished rocker cover

- polished dizzy cover

- just bought a engine cover from a late model polo which is going to be smoothed and sprayed.

- chrome battery cover

- chrome oil cap.

- relocated header tank lower down to fit strut.

- relocated amusing horn to behind the bumper

- relocate washer bottle/replace with mini bottle.

- general clean up get it all looking shiny and new.

yesterday i moved the horn, header tank and fitted the strut brace :)

Was it difficult relocating the washer bottle what did you mount it to ?
