hi dude. yep.. gone on a mk1 cab n looked phatt as.. gutted seeing them go 2b honest. got D90s being painted black at the mo in the paintshop for new dailys. not always good being friends with the bodyshop as my stuff seems to get left!! lol.

the comp splits sold that i was after so still lookin for good secondhand rims but if nothing is found by pay day new rims mayb ordered.

D90s should look good, guy ray off nsdubs had estorils polished on his caddy van yknow with the same front as our cars they looked really well, suited the shape a lot.

Couple of nice things you could do would be remove rubstrips and get an ibiza gti splitter. You still gettin the plate recesses shortened?

Tell me something, where did you get your stubby mirror from and how much was it? Is it the same as a lupo one?

Ill have to get my car back up on here, I've done a bunch more stuff to it and got new winter wheels for it as well which are on atm and just got new borbets for summer today...

nope.. classic aint mine but was parked outside my house in the summer so thought it would make a good shot. cant believe the standard ride height!! lol. glad they look good on a caddy. always liked the D90s.. only 6s n 7s but fanice abit of tuck if possible. got some 195/40/16 9000s dunlops.. just gotta sort adaptors when painted.

love the bump strips tbh.. like the way it runs inline with the tops of the bumpers so they staying for the moment. got a new bootlid on order from vw so i can have the plate recess shortened but on back order.. unsure if it will be done b4 UDs but fingers crossed. i got the mirror from germany.. the base of the lupo and 6n2 is different n wanted one that matches the other side. had a nightmare finding one!!

Its gonna look sweet with the shortened recesses, real sweet.

The standard ride height is ridiculous aint it, specially with the standard 14s i got with my variant it looks so funny haha.

Nowt wrong with 6s or 7s mate thats a nice size and D90s are a nice wheel! Did you get rid of your G60s then? I have a set on mine atm for winter, just bought some borbets yesterday for summer.

Did you get the mirror through a dealer or what? I'm tryin to track one down but its hard :(
