not updated this in an age, so here goes. Around about 2 months ago i retrimmed the rooflining and parcel shelf, and sprayed the a,b,c pillars, grab handles and sunvisors. Here is the finished result, not to everyones taste but i like the trippy/wackyness of it 8-)

Also Bought this about a month ago, hopefully get it fitted soon

its quite straight forward but the clips can be a nightmare, gotta be careful with them. but you will need to remove all the pillar trims interior light grabhandles visors and the trim across the roof at the boot. its a two man job.

retrimming it would all depend on how you wanted to do it.. i just used a fabric glue and glued the material over the existing lining

Still to try retrimming my headliner but decided its been that long since a first asked yi it cant wait a little longer

Where did you get your single din thing for under your head unit? My polo came with the radio and cd changer so since changing it I've left a hole underneath it , tried a universal one from halfords that they said would fit but it never. barstweards

Loving this so far mate, keep it up.

welcome to the world of dub mate. The headunit really depends on what you want to use it for. I'm currently using a pioneer one with a usb port (comes in really handy for the iphone on long journeys) and i really like it. Try caraudiodirect.co.uk for some good deals.

as for the switching them over, all you need is some headunit removal keys (available at halfrauds etc, just make sure you get the right ones)

make sure you get the ones that are shaped like a we knife type thing with a wee ringpull on the end (you will understand when you see them) and not the ones shaped in a 'U'

expect an update soon...
