all you have to think about is a grinder

your wheel sticking out of the arch and catching someone on the leg even at 5mph it will be messy. Thats only part the reason for sticky out wheels.

^^ so your saying that you have seen wheels stick our more the a wing mirror ??

Mirror's are designed to fold in upon impact these days, wheels aren't :-(

All the more reason to stick a weld on your wing mirror, what are they to say then? :p

my first g40 i had stripped the interior bar dash and drivers seat, the copper pulled me over and said i wasn't allowed to take my seats out? i told him he was wasting my time to which he replied 'yea, and i'm gonna waste alot more!' anyway 45 mins later at ~ 1am, after much to and fro on the radio he had to let me go!

they just love harrasing you sometimes!

I've had that. asked him to prove it was illegal then id put it all back in. and yeah they do just love harrasing peeps in modified cars!

This is exactly what the police said to us, if your dring down the street you could suck someones dress in to the arch ect, my responce was well why would she walk so close to yhe kerb and why would i drive so close to the kurb and second they would hit your mirror first.

Also you need to have some sort on cover on your rear bumber eg mudflaps to stop flickick stones and spray. Loada shite tbh though

Copper that spoke to me just advised I flare my arches but I appriciate there not all like this
