I made this floor a while ago for when I ran a wider spare wheel than standard. It just made the boot look tidier than having a big bulge in the original boot carpet. It's made from MDF with some support battons. It's uncovered,so if you wanted to match it to your interior you could buy the relevant carpet and cover it yourself.

It was a good fit when I ran it. I used the boot carpet as a template, and took my time adjusting it as necessary to fit around the turrets. It's going to All Types tomorrow if you're going?
