Ah sorry dude, got a cracking headache and in a bad mood, thought i had sniffed out some of that keyboard-warrior point scoring on the 'haha i found your mistake retard n00b' front.

Didnt think it was your style to be a nice person like that though - no hard feelings gorgeous?!

your actually turning me on now with all this sexy talk

see it as a bit of...driving..foot to the floor..shouting at it 'BET YOU WISH YOU WERE A VOLKSWAGEN NOW!!!! THEN I'D LOVE YOU...DON'T YOU...SAY ITTTTTT!!!''

lmao.

Might as well get the whip out to it whilst you're there!!!

I've got an uno turbo seriously quick proven 220bhp ran high 13s / low 14s at santa pod last year with full interior bass box still inside, not even been stripped out, mine is mint no rust on it at all if you like unos check out www.turbocollective.net some nice examples on there, yeh they are getting rare only about 300 registered in the uk, mark 1s are rarer though.

Can I have a go of it?

Bring it up to the unit, all that empty private land...........!

Pretty sure the engine fits a Yugo 45/55.

Now that would be a sleeper.

maybe its mint because there is a load of fibreglass covering up the rust!!!!

spaniel rag the shit out of it and blow the fecking thing up!!! and make shore you video it hehe!!!!

It would probably fall apart though if you drove it at fast speeds though

And that's different to a Fiat in what way?

^lol

theres an ABSOLUTELY MINT 100% stock one in evesham, only see it on the road about 2months of the year the guys that obsessed with keeping it immacualte, he's got all the turbo graphics down the side n evwerything!

i reckon you should reshell it mate, then sell it on, they are quite rare now & if you have bought it dirt cheap you could sell it off for good money, doesnt mean you cant rag the pants off it just dont force 25pounds of boost at it or rag it cold!

I know thats not a turbo i just added the link as i thought that the body styling was less offensive than most of the uno turbos that i have seen :-)

Get the uno and make it a sleeper :-)

Fiat is the equivalent of German Build Quality compared to a Yugo

one went past me on a due carrage way, was one half red and the other white?! sounded nice with the dump valve, looked shit though

  • 2 weeks later...

I nearly had a J-reg Yugo 45 for my first car, but the insurance was a bit to dear at the time

Ahaha buy it buy it BUY IT!

My stepdad's friend at work owns an Uno Turbo.

He bought it off another guy that used to work at the same place and the guy that used to own it, his dad was a Fiat Engineer/mechanic (basically shit hot with fiat engines - waste of time :p)

He re-bored it to a 1.5 and did a load of other work on the internals on the engine, upped the boost pressure but not by silly amounts and kept it looking stock, that thing shit all over near enough everything else on the road, M3's, Merc's etc etc.

Was a wicked little car :D

So BUY IT!!!!!!!!!

dont kill the uno turbo - re-shell it an sell it on. getting rare now... good fun they are.

i wouldnt describe uno turbos as fast, but they are a nippy little rag about which are pretty fun. as has previously been stated the engines are relitively sound unless you up the boost too much. the shells are terrible and unfortunately alot have been repaired my monkeys so expect a serious amount of rusty paper thin metal flaking off at the sight of a screwdriver haha
