there is no doubting alot of graft needs to go into this but its cheap to do, but could take months of endless sanding, don't let me put you off though its definitely worth it in the end

I'm definatly going to get the polished up. I'm realy tempted to do it myself! BUT....it may get the better of me (having not done this before) and end getting pissed off with them and never finishing them. thats the cheap route.

how ever

i could pay to have them done by a pro. ow much would that cost me?

i would guess at £400??

nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh no wayyyy. a mate of mine had some teledials polished up for his loop gti...there up for sale now in classifieds. i duno how much it was but it wasnt that steap. somewhere in the 150 - 200 region i think.

I've been polishing my vauxhall cavalier gsi alloys for a while now and still a long way to go. Heres 2 pictures of when i first started.

I first used nitromorse to strip the paint off then started sanding.

Please note these will be going on my mk1 golf once finished.

respect pal

valver wheels dont look too complicated

Go for it. Bit of DIY never hurt anyone (cue arguments now)....

What could go wrong? Anything goes wrong respray em silver again...

Tempted to put mine back on but its broke at the mo so it'll be pointless.
