Loud mk3 GT exhaust

Featured Replies

This was made by myself and my brother (former exhaust fitter) for the previous owner of my GT.

It's basically a straight through midsection (ie attaches behind the cat) with a nice big twin exit tailpipe on. Not excessively loud, but you certainly know it's there!

It follows the orginal route under the car, and is made in 2 peices, joining in the normal place. It was made for a squareback, and hangs out slightly, this would probably be slightly more noticable on a coupe, and sit just under the bumper on a loon.

The reason it's hanging strangely in the photos is because it needs a centre hanger fitting. 10 minute job with a welder. We were going to do it on the car so it lined up straight, but never got round to it.

Can be heard on the car. It's not shiney clean because it's been on the car for a while, and some of the bits of pipe were second hand. It has no holes and doesn't leak.

£25 collectted from Sutton-on-Sea, LN12

Will swap for standard exhaust
