i think they are designed to allow flex in the bodywork could be wrong tho! lol

thats right. lets hope they don't crack and spoil your hard work fella. looking good though! how much underseal have you removed of the sills? should look real fresh when its all done..personally i would of left the seams at the back for worry of them cracking. they crack with the sealer on never mind with filler on top. fingers crossed anyways looks like a good job anyways!

only as far as the point where you see, i thought it was silly to remove underseal right under the sill and create the opportunity of rust in the future, it was literally to remove the oversprayed areas to the point where it goes under the car Dan.

he did that Saturday night when i wasn't there so i am not 100%. it was all done tho when he welded up the boot so i presume it was welded! :)
