6n 16valve into MK3

I'm wanting to do a conversion on my MK3. Something different from a g40 tbh and something thats a bit cheaper to run and build really. Reliability wise that is.

Anyway from what I can tell is that the engine should bolt up fairly easy, will I be able to use the mk4 gearbox? I'm guessing that using the 6n injection is going to be a problem when it comes to getting the loom to play ball seeing as the 6n uses a fuse box inside the car and the mk3 has the fusebox in the scuttle tray. Would I be able to use the GT injection system off my car and remap it accordingly seeing as this is what people are doing with the 1.6 engines.

Or would i need to convert to megasquirt or another aftermarket system, this I guess then opens up the doorway for ITB's :-D .

Anyone on here done/doing anything of this nature i'd love to heard from you.
