Craig- I'm practically back to my old self, if not fitter better and stronger!! My back's still pretty fucked but I'm starting intensive physio at the hospital soon, I get to go swimming yaaay! I just wanna go running and skating again but they won't let me yet. :( The dog is loving her walkies though.
