Ste could you confirm this by checking the VW part numbers for the hoses and comparing ie. 16v vs. 8v. As soon as you can confirm you have a definite customer in me and from the look of it several more off the thread in the group buy section.

I do believe 8v owners out number 16v owners by a long way so it would be great to get the fitment confirmed rather than a 'fit or return' scheme.

Ste what do you need? my 8v has an engine code AEE.

Or is it the chassis number you're after?

looking at your threads and another that's popped up here (http://www.clubpolo.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=117238) there is a big demand for them so it would definitely see a return

If something was to be produced that could fit the 8v I would definitely take a set

yea i think I've 2 kits and a 70mm id 90 too in that colour, no some guy i sold one too on ebay bought one for a GTI I've got the email back on this thread somewhere

Hi Ste, thanks for getting in touch with us and showing an interest. Yeah, it is a gti mate. The hose set i got from you went on with a minor few mods. The main radiator hoses went on no probs and so did the feed hose from the exspansion tank. The exspansion tank return (smallest) hose needs to be cut because there is a tee piece on the gti but with an extra hose it can be completed. That is why i'm wondering if i could possibly buy another hose from you please? Its an 8mm hose and i need it with the two bends in it. Also a gti has an oil cooler which is fed with coolant and i need some extra hose for this aswel, this is 16mm? I'm not sure if you made these hoses or just bought them from somewhere? So any help i can get would be great because i would like the extra heses to match. I can also send you photos of the finished product? Many thanks Jonathan

any news on the 8v kits mate....i dont want just two pipes done, i want what the 16v guys can have...discriminate against me cause I've only got 8 valves lol :-D
