Good to meet you too chap. We lost points on some shit on one of the rear tyres (!), the dash not clean enough and a bit of foam under the drivers seat. I think the foam is from the worn out seat bolster. Nothings perfect eh? Oh and Kam nicked the bribe.

Yea, was a bit strict tbh. I think it might have been the wrong type of shit too. Oh, and the guy next to me (in a superb MK1 golf) lost 20 points for german plates, as they are illegal. I had to 'inform' them that mine are pressed in a UK font, and perfectly legal for a '78'er, as they were going to nab me for that too. Even my Tax disk was checked!

awesome car mate, was really good to see it in the flesh, everything works so well, i loved the polo mk1 derby advert in the boot, class wee story.

the judges were picky, i did notice smudge marks on the dash from the polish, if i was stevie i would have got my little polishing cloth and gone over it quickly hahahaha!

thing is tho fella when your car is that clean they have to find the most anal of details to pull you up on but enjoy your trophy, expect many more and enjoy the car :)

cant wait till dennis is ready and we can get a photoshoot of these two together!

Not sure what has happened to it, Looks great on Photoshop, it's either the forum or photobucket making it look odd, ill try and rehost it somewhere different see how it goes

meh, I think I killed it with a few too many saves in photoshop, have rejigged it and loaded it with Flickr, less noise now
