No way are they 15s on that Lupo that Craig posted

Also, there are a few sets of 14s that will clear 280s but not many!

I really like that, it's not a HSBC advert though is it?

I'd love a Lupo as a project car.

they aparently did the front arches. seem to have done a good jobb but I'm guessing they didnt have the wheels cause they still scrub..

i was on bout curries not the other white lupo

Think you could try VW for the headlining old chap. I was going to see before I decided to sell

Oh and Re the arches. I have had no previous experience in rolled arches so I suppose I dont know what I should of expected. The guys were really nice, helpful and a good chat. For the fronts I got charged £60. He said the Lupos are alot easier to roll with them been aluminium but alot more likely to fook up so he was cautious. What was a bit plop was how they tucked in where they connect to the bumper, but I dunno if this is what happens often.

We tested the wheels on and no scrubbing seem apparent but then again I didnt go far.

I know that when you go over bumps the backs catch, but the thing is the profile of the tyres, despite been 45, they still seem deep.

What make of tyres are they? Daft as it sounds, some 45-profile brands appear to have a slimmer sidewall than other brands.

Yep thats what I thought. They are uniroyal rainsports, stuck with them as the tread runs well on them

did i misses some thing? what happened to the G40? you only just got it on the road didn't you? i'm confused

i know i know, but pix told me if i didnt but it she would rub herself on me.

1600 gti block with ported and flowed 1400afh head, jenvey short t bodies unfitted and new sorg manifold schrick cams and adjustable verniers, all new and unrun with new pulleys and belts.

£jenveys and cams came in at over £1300 so £1600 takes it

Very intersted in throttle bodies and inlet manifold and adjustable verniers

when nic got the wheels i suggested 165's but she did'nt like the idea ( likes a bit width) ;) anyhow i suggested the tyres due to the offsets being et25 as thats what the zenders are on my lupo and i have no issues at all plus kam has had them on his car with no arch mods and still cleared.

the front wings on your car are steel btw so could be turned flat but then painting will be required, mechanically that car was a little gem and looks fly for a white guy, shame she sold it i say but hey , enjoy it i think it's a sweet car.

ps i just done them wheels n all,

Looks Real Sweet love the black roof on it

Once more i am going to call you a gay in a lupo ..

Its a mighty attractive lupo yes but never the less a bit limp wristed driving it  ..

Nah it looks cool dude .. ersonally i would get some 14" wheels and lower it even more ..

It does look schweet as is on the 15" though fill the arches nicely ..

You Gay!

You Gay!

Same as what she said ^

meh, i dont care, the merc restores the balance.

i dont like the idea of 165s sounds too skinny.

the front arches are properly flat against the insides.

i am tempted to buy an arch roller and then try sell my services to recoupe the money..
