Well, since owning my wheels driving hasn't been very pleasant due to the roads i drive to work on!

So because my arches have started to eat my tyres this is the result

Due to this i've had to raise it slighty, when i say slightly i mean slighty so i've raised it 5mm allround to see how it goes before i have to start thinging about other ways to prevent rubbing issues!

you can roll your arches aparently thats ment to help alot

Cut it and stick it yourself unless you go to a sign makers and get them to do it...i wouldn't like to see hoe much they cahrge though!

hall lane going to where you work is one of the roughest in the area i reckon, that and hobbcross lane just off hall lane. there real shit roads around our area

i was behind you on the blackpool run for abit, i was trying to decide if your schmidts where the same width as mine but with different tyres and i was right i have 185/45s they helped eliminate alot of rubbing for me but i have had my arches rolled too. looks really good

Yeah the same Jonny just differant offsets, doesn't help the fact that the gti has longer driveshafts so has a bit more poke

umh bargin might invest in some for me splits my save the rubbing issue lol

Went and got them fitted this morning!

£30 out of pocket yes £30 to swap over two tyre's

Doesn't rub at all on the front now...but could do with being a bit lower

its all about gettuin friendly with a tyre fitter tbh

i got 4 fitted and a puncture repaired for 20

185/45 are good on 8j thats what i have, when i had 195/45 on the backs IT WAS HORRENDOUS!
