Removing 16v front bumper or fog lights

Is it hard to remove the 16v front bumper, how do you go about it? i just need to take my fog lights out so i can clean them.

is there a easier way of taking the fog lights out, cant be bothered removing the bumper . My car is low so cant get my head underneath to see behind the bumper.

Any help would be appreciated
