aint been ruined mate, just a bit of heated discussion....lol

Wow, this is certainly a machine and a half. Top job, looks like an absolute beast and I bet it goes like shit off a shovel!

& [censored strop]- car modifying is routed in performance!

Quite like this car- 12s will only come with LSD and proper tyres though.

Having said that I'd not want to run into it on a track day :)

just dragged this topic back up as i haven't been on for ages, the car ran a 12.9 at pod on r888's and a cheap as chips williams gearbox with standard diff....nur nur.... :-p :-D

alas its in the bodyshop now tho as its rusting away. since then my polo 6n got replaced with a clio williams, but this is again going due to needing cash for the turbos bodywork and thats why i'm back, off to purchase a gt coupe saturday hopefully as a run about

cheers

Ben

Good stuff! What's the trap speed I guess 115mph ish?

WEAPON!!!

^^ what he said

sex! every car enthusiast should own one! lol.

I've heard, and seen one of these go, and its unbeatable!

valver noise ftw!

nice one mate

Whats it run down the strip mate?

not sure as yet mate, not had chance to run it as it keeps BREAKING, off end of august to rwyb day, 31st i think, to see, should be good for 12's i hope

thats what happens when you buy french cars i dont mean it nasterly but my sis is in to clios need pugs but I'm forever fixing them

trap was only 107, i have a charge cooling issue on the second 1/8 mile, so should be good for mid 12's with that sorted

and the clio has broken less than every polo i've had up to now and both the polos were standard ones lol

my clio was more reliable then my countless VWs, nice car might look into getting a calver next as i want a small quick hatch

Awesome car mate, credit to you :)

You'll deffo need drag slicks/LSD to hit mid 12s with those kind of terminal speeds :-)

Looks sweet though, good mate of mine is currently sticking a GT28RS on his 20v lump ready for his white mk1 clio, should be great fun! Ace little cars 8-)

speaking from a fellow clio valver owner, that is amazing and are you going to FCS next sunday?

Surprised I missed this when it first went up. What a gorgeous car!

In my experience, French cars aren't any more or less reliable than German ones. Big powered G40s aren't exactly known for pop-to-the-shops reliability are they? A bit of care and regular servicing and they're just as reliable.
