Rally-Design sell them, they sell near on ever possible spring rate and length too. then just any shorted uprated damper.

as polopete said rally design the one on my wifes are 200lb rate and 6" length the damper inserts are from a -80mm lowering kit

oh rite kool cheers I'm defo gona give it a go , what kind of welder did you use ? dont no if mines gd enough or not

mine is an old sealey 180 but you don't need an overly powerful welder for them

the rims are 7x13 et20's with 175x50x13's

the car is dropped 80mm at the mo but is fully adjustable so can go down as far as 100mm

what dampeners did u use also ?

dampers are from one of phil j's kits TA sports or something like that
