i think i have had lost my sense of humour! whys it so hysterical him using them to prop the bonnet open only part way say at shows like he has done?

from what i can read he knew they werent supposed to go there!

I've often wondered about this "just opened bonnet thing" at shows. Can anyone explain to me why is this done?

Surely if you have an engine/bay worth showing off, then you'd need the bonnet open right up for people to see? If it's only open a third of the way people ain't gonna see much are they? In which case it may as well be closed - yes? No?
