Yeh i saw your thread, just not feeling the wheels lol, I've got a weakness for dish if u wanabe different why not try sumn along the oz lines or rotas there good wheels, an I'm hoping i will be able to make it to no rice i aint sure though my car is in a really bad state , whens the date again ?

kool kool, how much are they? i was looking into a set of recaros but now that I'm considering selling the car, i dunno if theres any point in buying more parts

hopefully getting the whole set (front heated and rear bench) for around £50-70

and I'm up for dub croydon stickes!! try and get em sorted...

thanks deedubs, i plan on sticking with them as long as i can, I'm really happy with it now, just has to settle a little bit, since i bought this car, my main issue has been my wheels, aaron knows how much i hated the G40 alloys!

arron-yeah man that would be good :) hopefully it would have settled, its so high up at the front! and something is loose at the moment, the whole front end feels so loose when I'm going slowly, clunks around like nobody's buisness.

but I've just had new shocks, springs and topmounts put on it and dont know what it could be ? any ideas ?

Jack the front up and shake the wheel from side to side. if theres any movemovent then the shock is moving about in the strut and thats what will be causing the knocking.

Un screw the cap that holds the shock in and wrap some wire/cable (i used speaker cable) around the shock the, cable acts like a washer for some reason the shock is to small for the strut, screw the cap back down with thread lock gel round the thread so the cap dont come loose though the vibrations. there is properly a proper way of doing it but i dont no it so i done it that way and it works :-D .

its not to bad, me and my mates pulled most of it out but as iv got no money it wont get fixed untill next year so i wont be going to no-rice till like feb because i hate driving it, it feels raty
