Mk2 Stealth Shelf

Up for grabs here is a home-made stealth shelf for the mk2 Coupe.

Its construction is almost entirely 18mm MDF which makes for a very rigid baffle. It hinges and lifts with the tailgate as the original would and has space to mount an amplifier to it too to make an easily removable unit.

It's kept in Bristol at the moment and is just taking up space - it's too heavy to post so collection would be prefured. I could get it to Cardiff from the end of September, or Hertfordshire until then during the week.

The speakers are Sony X-Plod 3 way 220W 6x9's They aren't going to win any competitions, but they certainly provide a much clearer and louder sound than the stock paper 6*4s that are in there!

Open to offers on this, postage really is out of the question though I'm afraid.
