Mercedes 190e - - 2.6 6cyl

1990 'H' plate

2.6ltr 6 cylinder engine - 140000 miles.

Red paintwork. A touch faded, but good for year. T-cut & polish would do wonders I'm sure.

Good: MOT till march 09, taxed until end of August, New starter fitted 2 months ago. Cosworth body kit. Leather interior in excellent condition - - driver side bolsters have usual small cracks tho.

Bad: could do with new ball joints (8.95 each with GSF), ditto air filter (10.35 with GSF) - - cone filter on currently but gunge builds up on the throttle plate causing occasional low down misfire under power. Revcounter not working. Dash lights not working.

These things are built like tanks and are good for well over 1/4 million miles. Great car for someone who wants to put a bit of elbow grease into shining it up and doing the maintenance mentioned above.

Though abt converting it to LPG and running for a year, but have other plans now.
