because it wasnt suppose to go this far but due to some convincing from mates and my cousin it did!!!

Spray them black, i've just done mine today

u can either spray them or dye them, spray is better though.

What spray did you use? regular satin black?

happy with the outcome? any rub off? or excessive smell?

Just used matt black spray. Thin coats so it sticks and absorbs. No need for massive wetcoats as your not trying to achieve a shine or anything.

Smell dissappears after a while.

Fabric spray, cant tell umuch because the interior place did mine...

but my mate did the same thing and just bought black fabric spray from ebay!!

its the grills that are different yours ones will be crossed and GTI ones are honeycombe!
