i thought with tony martin law and all that crap that followed your fully within your rights to do sumit horrific or kill the little shits if you feel your own life is at danger?, all u gotta do is say i accidentally hit him around the head with a bat 900 times and painted the pavement a nice new colour i felt his burglary ways threatened my well being

admittedly that one punch broke his nose fractured his jaw 2 black eyes and put his teeth through his top lip

guess what

i got taken to court and got 3 months in prison for it

there was even cctv evidence and he got off scot free

so be careful

See this is the fucking problem with the legal system in this country, about a month ago round here 4 lads got stabbed(2 of them my mates) , boy that did it got arrested plenty of witnesses to put him in jail...guess what the stupid fucking courts allow him out on bail as long as he stays away from the Borders.

Good on you smacking the prick mate I have my mate "Pepe le pool cue" handy at the door incase anything happens round here.

Vigilante justice is the only real form of justice out there these days because the British judicial system is a JOKE!.. A mate of mine owns a garage servicing HGV's and had a break in a few years back. The tea leaf cropped the padlock off the side door and went in after his disgustingly large Snap On Tools collection.

Now the door sits on a lower level than the actual shop floor, by way of a little ramp and a plasterboard partition. The not so clever mr thief rolled the toolbox towards the door to speed the loading of the tools..... pushes a little too hard and busts the rollcab through the plasterboard, down the ramp and against the door..sealing it shut lol (bearing in mind the toolbox was the largest one available, stands about 6 foot tall and is about 8 foot wide - impossible to drag up a ramp on your own lol) the thief had NO means of escape as there are no windows, and the roller shutter door is electrically operated and the power is turned off at night by the mains in the compressor room outside. Mate and his 4 employees show up in the morning to a van (STILL running lol) with the side door open, a cropped padlock on the floor and a side door that wouldnt budge.

.....................needless to say the thief was taken care of without the police being involved haha

if someone is on YOUR property attempting to steal YOUR property then why the hell shouldnt you be able to grab hold of them tie them to a chair and beat them within an inch of their life...... GRRRRRRR makes me angry!!! american laws are better when it comes to that sort of thing.
