help with fitting suspension

bit of a long shot but would anyone be really nice and help a fellow club polo member with fitting his original suspension (original because I'm getting the car back to standard to sell on)

problem is i've hardly got any tools and dont have the faintest idea what to do

if not, does anyone know someone around the Yorkshire are who fits them a bit cheap (student on a budget here)
