when the police came round they took our complaint seriously. we also told them about all the other people that have been screwed over by him.

if the police arnt going to take you seriously, then maybe you should suggest to the police that you will go on a porche forum and say you have parts for sale, let people pay money in to your bank account, then not send out the parts. - seen as they are not going to do anything about it, you must be able to get away with it.

I'm sure they will soon change their minds.

they said hes stiil registered at the addy givin on the electrol register

and they think they have a gd chance of cathchin him :)
