Updated photo better late than never....  this is the SFS G40 coolant pipe kit

My clocks only had one bulb left working and I wanted oem ones so got the latest version from VW today they are now orange holders and we're £7.74 for the three.

Bought some parts from AVS spares and Pete G40 ready for when they are needed, rear axel bush's, fuel filters,  uprated temp thermostat, rocker cover bungs,  pedal rubbers etc

 

Also got some new front speakers as my old ones had faulty connections and to be fair they are over a decade old.

Had a shipment from VW Classic Part through VW Heritage including Wing, Gear Gaiter, Bushes, Door pins, Rubbers, Clips, Grommets, Keys etc

 

Also swapping my axle out refurbishing it and replacing all bushes bolts etc same with the fuel tank, pump and lines.

 

Also found out that the MK1 golf wing grommet is spot on for the G40 wing as the Polo part number is different and obsolete.

 

Progress is still happening :)

Cleaned coilovers with fresh powdercoated springs,

Fuel pump brackets all blasted and powdercoated, new OEM parts when rebuilt,

New Fuel tank blasted and powdercoated,

Rear G40 axel blasted and powdercoated, rebuilt with new OEM rubbers and S/S bolts where non structural, new OEM where structural.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Masking off for UPol Gravitex  underseal

Is that the same as the Raptor ? as i sell that stuff at VW Heritage :) Looking good though

I'm not sure what you mean by raptor, the underseal? 

No idea,  heard good things about what the upol gravitex can cover
