Quick snap when chilling in the sun at work

rads off , fan cover will be getting powdercoated this week and new rad will finally go on :)

rads back on with black satin powdercoat on the fan housing i also have a rad fin style cut to match now :(

Lowered and leveled the front suspension , Highered and leveled the rear.

Sorted all pieces out to get running for polo show start up sweet etc

Did a little cleaning..

This is one hell of a car. The only part I personally don't like is the wheels. Something simple like a set of teardrops or 14" RA's would be my wheel of choice.

Exhaust looks very good, hats off to PPP.

only up date is done some nice little bits of pipe work thats have needed doing for ages my daily t4 is nearly done so work can then commense on the polo :)

decided engine should prob come right out weld/ strengthen all bay and chassis legs spray inside engine bay agian to look mint

then gear box rebuild with lsd spray or polish casings

PPP stage 3 subframe because my caster on passenger side is out

clean and paint block

fit gt inlet

get g60 injectors

bonnet boot and 2 new fronts wings sprayed

new petrol tank

rest of the underneath finished off

polish tb

re polish rocker cover

thats a start anyways :)

Just spotted me and my g40 in the right hand corner of saf's pic

still collecting bits as i can be arsed having a half stripped car about for months,

picked up some injector jackets the other day.. need a good cleaning but every little helps :)

Rebuilt ATV Picked up day along with new headlight and door rubber :)

door rubber and headlight fitted most of dash out as I'm sorting out / re doing alot of the wiring .

dont really want to go full ball into it as I'm still working on my t4 as I've decided to keep it , lower it more and mod it more :)

After a while off the g40 mainly because i have a t4 and have been working on that (pic to follow) last night i decided to do some work on the internal wiring loom as dash, basically who ever fitted the radio/speakers had hacked the loom up and done a shit job of installing the cable. Also the alarm etc wire aint in the best shape and as i am the engineer for a loom/wiring company i thought ill have a play.

Seats taken out and wrapped up yesterday for the loft along with the dash so i've got more room in the garage.

i think I'm officially obsessed with this colour

Just a couple of pics not too much noticable progress cleaned the whole car door cards out found a few bits of random shit undercarpet and in doors etc stilll working on wiring as i dont like working in the cold and been out on my bike alot.7

Hopefully now its warming up ill get back in the garage and get cracking the 1st outing if it gets finished in The polo Show 11

My original one had the seperate earth ring terminal, the one i got with the other main loom has but is also cut to pieces but i have a radio loom mint from another polo.

but as i fit it i cannot work out the connectors (hang over doesnt help)

Firstly 2 connectors that i dont know what if anything goes into:-
