id prefer to have a low reving 2.8 rarther a 1.6 that red lines at 9krpm and the power desnt kick in till 7krpm and has next to no tourqe but that said my eg6 was alot of fun to drive especialy with the quick shift and close ratio gear box it could out accelerate motor bikes

i know its not about striaght line speed mate must be fun to drive vtec stuff .no I'm not actually but I'm comparing it to other 2.8's. good for you your only saying because you seem to grudge what I'm saying my wheels are perfectly fine thanks

They weigh quite a bit and don't appear to have much power

But once they are going, they certainly shift.

I'm not a fan of variable valve timing. I prefer my engines to be a bit on the more robust side... Don't believe any bullshit about Honda never having engines needing rebuilt!

Original 12v VR6. Don't skimp on timing chain tensioners. They will NEVER break. EVER.
