Shit organisation, should set a meeting time then a leaving time to the other location, people sat there for nearly 2 hours waiting for some others to come, by time they come the majority had already gone home.

Won't be coming next month.

i came out of footy at the jjb to find a handful of dubs! met a few people tho and had a good laugh.... was a bit of a poor turnout like, but i think that is down to the shite weather

was a alrite night tbh, bit of a laugh, didnt really have a place for a photoshoot in mind and i didnt have all my gear with me for photos.

think its abit too cold atm tho, everyone was absolutly freezin and wanted to get off.

its too much hard work tryin to get a convoy of 10+ cars round manchester, just guarenteed to fuck up due to lights/traffic ect..

not saying it cant work but theres nothing easier than a arranging a place and a time for a meet where you can get decent pics anyway,,just my 2p though.

Have 2 convoy leaders who know where they're going, one at the front, one about half way back incase it does get split up.

if people just sit in their cars and don't make efforts to join in and chat then people are not gonna enjoy themselves, its just like going and sitting on your driveway at home in your car

Should arrange the 2nd photo location before the meet next time, and leave at 7:30, if people haven't arrived by then then tough shit, that way you know the meeting and leaving times, and have plenty of time to get there.

Also as mentioned earlier, if you want to meet at one place and convoy to another, have atleast 2 convoy leaders split up between the pack so if it does get split up then atleast someone knows where to go.

This is the only way this meet will work IMO.

we should have just mooched underground at the traff centre! least its sheltered! agree dave the JJB is a shit place for a night time meet!

trafford centre shuts early on sundays, they close the carpark about an hour before all the shops shut.

we used to do it at the lowry multistory but people wernt impressed that you had to buy something to get out for free

for me the meet is just about chating to people and having a laugh..

i think maybe a week night would be suitable then we can get into the lowery, just go and buy a drink or something from the newsagents to get back out jobs a good un!

I'd stick with sunday nights TBH, and theres 100s of multistoreys around Manchester, must be atleast 1 decent free or cheap one, i will have a look around when i'm out and about.

I know of 100s of decent carparks/locations with decent lighting near me too, some people may not want to travel here though, although it would be easier for most than the city center (Just off the M60 at Ashton Under Lyne).
