Glock didn't back off for Hamilton, if you saw him trying to accelerate after Hamilton and Vettel passed him, his back end was all over the place, and finished 5 seconds behind them.

If he was just letting them past (as he was fighting for position), he would have stuck to the back of Hamilton, not tailed off like he did, spinning up all the way to the line.

How can you say that, two years in a row now we've had a championship decided at the last race of the season and only one point has separated the champion and runner up.

The weather and the last laps definitely made it one of the most tense races I've ever seen. My heart was pounding so much, I didn't think Hamilton was going to do it.

I don't think Glock let him past, he was all over the place as others have said and couldn't keep the power down into the last corner. And besides, even if he did let him through, it balances out all of the crap Hamilton has had to put up with this season and all of the races Michael Schumacher won through his team mate letting him past contractually. Although not linked to Hamilton, things like that have gone on for years despite them being very unsportsmanlike.

Don't forget at I think it was Hungary, Hamilton was denied his win and it was handed to Massa because of the pass on Raikkonen. Without that he wouldn't have even been in it.

You can't just put it down to what one German driver did in the final corner.

yeh, the last few corners before the pit straight were alot wetter than the rest of the track and he was still on dry tyres.

It was just one race, being sixth for a certain amount of time in a one race doesn't mean you don't deserve a championship.

Hamilton won in adverse conditions at Silverstone while Massa spun countless times, but that doesn't mean anything I guess.

Glock was either the only driver or one of very very few that did not change back to intermediate (wet) tyres when the rain came with only a handful of laps left. This is why he struggled so much in the last two laps and first Vettel then Hamilton reeled him in so easily! Not a fix!

Gutted for Massa but I think Hamilton bloody well deserves it :-)

that short clip sums it up really, this race played as much of a part as all the others, the fact that the last 2 corners decided it is irrelevant. despite being stripped of wins and possibilities of points the best man won.

yeah DC deserves a mention. Last race of his career, must be gutting to end it on the first corner of the first lap.

I'm not a fan of F1 at all, but I'm thrilled that a British driver has won the title! Especially one that appears to be a quiet, decent individual who keeps his thoughts to himself, regardless of the pressures put upon him.

Fanbloodytastic Lewis Hamilton! he deserved it after all the shit he's had to put up with.

And a BIG FUCK OFF to all those racist Brazilian bastards that were giving him such a hard time on the lead up to the race and all those booing him at the end. WANKERS. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

really happy for the lad, was the most nerve racking race I've ever watched!! think he played it abit to cautiously but it can be expected when you noly need to finish 5th to win. everyone forgets he's only in his 2nd season and already he has beaten all the best drivers and pushed them to within a few points in his rookie year!!!

its a shame people seem to hate on him and try and take away from his victory, some people don't like seein success! (jealousy) :p
