yeah its pretty straight forward! If you buy struts then they come with instructions, just follow the measurements that are given and they will fit correctly! You only have to drill a hole for the left hand strut!

Its not 100% finished....if you saw it on the weekend you probably noticed its a bit patchy!! So I need to wet sand it and give it another coat so the paint looks flat! The front bumper unfortunately cracked when I fitted it so I need to sort that as well as getting the lines a bit straighter! Here's a few more things I'm planning to get done in august....

- new exhaust system (mines cracked and blowing!)

- Fit my sound system; 10cm speakers where the tweeters are, sub, amp and new wiring kit....

- trim the interior; roof and door pillar trims etc

- clean engine bay

- camber shims

- spacers out back

- go LOWER!!!

I've done all the body work, refurbing (wheels) and painting myself so I've saved alot of money and learnt alot along the way to! The colour is nevada beige....the paint on my car was terrible so I thought ide have a go and make it look presentable and ended up doing something a little differant! I was pretty sure that there wasnt another nevada beige mk4's out there so i just went for it!!

Hope you like what I've done, any comments good or bad are very welcome!

They are made in germany by 'exip'....they must be pretty old and possibly pretty rare as I cant find a picture of them anywhere on the internet!

I think i told you at the weekend to ditch the orange indi's and side repeaters.....i was drunk, dont listen to me!

Looks spot on, good job

haha dont remember that so I was probably pissed to lol! I need to have a play around with my grill and clear indicators....although I do want to keep the OEM grill, as apposed to having a debadged one!!

I love the colour and I Love how you've kept the orange indicators. Sits just right as well. Top work!

looks awesome mate...remember you saying at lincoln that you were thinking of painting :-D

think you should smooth off the repeaters and have clear indicators and keep the debadged grille, but then thats just my opinion...its your car and youve made it original already

might have to enlist your services with my car :-D

I've been thinking of doing it for a while to be honest. In the end its just a bit of fun....plus if anything breaks i can fix it! I'm going to have a play around on photoshop and see what looks best.....no doubt something will change but i am feeling the OEM vibe at the moment! Thanks for the comments

Loved this mate.. didn't even realise it was the same car after the respray! Saw the thread a couple of weeks before the show and didn't recognise it at all. Looks bloody awesome, nice colour. Nice ferrari seat covers aswell haha :-D

I also got some 'brilliant black' for the roof so I'm gunna use that through to cover up the crappy rattle can finish I have at the moment!
