Description

Sadly, I'm having to sell my clubman project due to unforeseen circumstances. Strapped for cash.

Anyway, I don't have any history for it, the only paperwork I have for it really is the V5

Hasn't got the original 1098, instead i have a 1275 awaiting a rebuild for it (engine number: 12HD09 1524G7) unsure on the milage, the person i bought it off said it was around the 40's. its the complete engine with gearbox but not much else.

The shell is in ok'ish condition, heres a list of panels and repair work needed:

Sills inner and outer both sides (it has oversills so personally id just gut the lot and start from scratch)

Left and right new wings

A-panels

Hinge panels

Rear valance

Rear quarter repairs (in the usual place)

I think the drivers doorstep may need a patch (unless I'm thinking about my old mini)

The worst part of rot is in the gutters at the rear, difficult job to do but there are several ways for going about it

Not so bad the other corner but not far off

The subframes look fixable, just looks like surface rust to me.

doors, bonnet and boot all seem to be sound, it has all glass still in it. I have genuine clubman bumpers front and rear, clubman grill.

Interior:

Well, there isnt much tbh, i have a rear bench out of a mayfair that i was going to re-cover but i was looking for some of the original seats for the front (i bought it without a interior)

It has black top and bottom dash rails and thats about it, no doorcards or carpet. oh and it has a heater and some of the loom left (may be complete)

Its rolling on 10" steels with drums all round

Bits i have to go with it are:

mini special 10x5 alloys x5

the 1275 complete engine

centre exit maniflow exhaust system (manifold/centre section/backbox)

it comes with the smaller petrol tank but i also have a bigger spare one

a big box of spares including headlamps, another heater, alternator, dizzy, radiator and a load of other bits that I cant remember

There's a few other bits that I cant remember atm, I'll edit as I think of them.

Delivery is a possibility depending on my mate fixing his Frontera.

Hire of trailer and diesel would have to be paid for by the buyer

Here's a load of pics:
