An undercover location like that multi-storey car park would be ideal at this time of year, at least it would be dry even if its not so warm! A pub is also an excellent venue but needs a decent-sized car park to accommodate several VWs :-)

agree, would be best indoor carpark or pub. theres a great pub location in stone along the a34 with a massive car park. theres already a regular aircooled meet there so the pub doesnt mind at all, its a chain pub aswel so they're pretty relaxed. just a thought. :)

we should just find where the furthest away people are and find a happy medium and get a location half way, or where everyones prepared to drive to, find out a pub in that postal area, give them a call explain we're safe and see what they say.

And the pub being closed lol.. FAIL. Weather was crap but it didn't put people off :)

meeting at the same place over and over can get boring. and going to different places is just more fun on new roads etc.

Me and bonbill know of a good pub that give free food out of there enough of us (went to a aircooled meet there before) it has a huuge car park but. only problem is its may be a mish for some of you, I only know of it because its local to me.

don't know about dubs but the frontera lot and the landrover lot have meets there quite often.

Fair enough a few from PP came but it wasnt organised by anyone from there and the location was completely different...

And i thought PP meets where "by the people, for the people" so surely they belong to whoever turns up...?

My days, why are you lot arguing about 'whos' meet it was haha.

As far as I'm concerned it was just a group of clubpolo members from the west mids wanting to meet up. the meet had no name or special 'group' of people. It was just a random meet.

anyways. Where are we going to do a Christmas meet?
