Hi all

Took a few pictures of the olop tonight now i finally sourced a fog light . Really enjoyed owning the veedub gets a few looks especially now its decked . Excuse me as its not had a clean. Will be doing another shoot at box hill soon if anyone up for it? Pictures up so comments welcome (good and bad).

Modifications:

Engine:

AEE 8v

K and N 57i Induction Kit with feed

Powerflow S/S cat back system (Sounds lovely as the gang would agree :p Jim, Aaron and dean)

And a damn good service

Transmission and Brakes:

Sachs uprated clutch

Black diamond combination discs

Black diamond fast road pads

And all important gearbox build (Mind you AEE gearbox's are fine)

Wheels and Tyres:

Wolfrace triad 15" wrapped in 195/45/15 Toyo Proxy T1-S

VW 16v Alloys with 185/55/14

Suspension:

Philj Coilovers down about 70-80mm (slighty less on back for nice stance)

New genuine lower arms

I.C.E and Security:

Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser

Chrome heater vents

Chrome heater dials

Wolfsburg door pins

Chrome door pulls

Lockwood dials (blue)

Future mods and maybe's (depending on what people think to):

Black grill surround (if anyone has one PM me please)

Bump strips off

De wiper rear

De badge rear fully

Spray calipers blue and drums black

Bodyshop for very minor scuffs and scratches

standard lights diff wheels and lower

different wheels, lower it and thats it mate :) less is more!

Cheers lads. willl look alot better with plans done. dont know about lower lol its a pain in the arse as it is defiantely keeping angels though love the look of those but maybe new wheels and rear soon

Sorry to steal your thread but just wondering on how low i could get coilovers on 15s without arch work, and so they dont scrub etc

think it will stay same height as i have bumps round my way and i wouldnt have a bonnet i quite like the stock one (looks like a 2008 model 350z power buldge hahaahaha joking) il do those plans and see what she look like then maybe some more before i sell her in july. dean I'm on 15's no archwork at all and low about 80mm down so scrubbing even with 4 (should be sorry )

I got the week off work so I'm going to go down pease pottage and try and find 16v rear lgihts and a black grill surround. then when i have money next month take it to bodyshop and get few minor scuffs out and de bump strip it and de badge it possibly if they can to il get them to spray the calipers blue and drums black. then when its gets back il take the rear wiper off then job done

But as others have said standard headlights would look much better or inpro ones which look very similar to the standard 6N one's but are all clear and IMO losing the twin pipe backbox would give the car a much better look

I love the lights got the same ones for my polo only mine are the black ones, badge less grill would look the business on it!!!

cheers people no bad comments yet system cost me £260 so i dont really want to get rid of it plus it sounds sweet lol. i realy like those angel eyes though look cool at night. was going to do HID but thats the next car. badgeless grill everyone has and i like the chrome badge one more comments people

Looks Good Mate

I've gotta P reg 6n 5 door in dragon green and I wish it looked half as tidy as that! Its a CL so I'm well jealous of the front fogs, lol. Nice headlights! Defo go for the debadged grill and the rear de-wipered. I just de-wipered mine today and it looks so smooth and flush!

me personally think youve lowered it put wheels on it and an exhaust oh and um those headlights hmmmmmmm

its mostly standard right?

Grrrr know i might get Dubprince's gearbox off him or source one closer to me iv got some money saved now so all is needed is the work done, my cars just tucked away in garage...

Rang the old pease pottage today and no such luck on a black grill surround :( so back to square one. if anyone has one let me know please thank y'all. keep the comments coming aswell people.
