You say you dont have time on your hands, but clearly the time to think of this and maybe try making summin could be spent on the wheels?

I can't be arsed to read the thread, but my mate made a polishing machine doing just that. Got a motor a belt and a old VW hub so now you can just bolt the wheel in, fire the motor up and polish till you lose your fingers.
