Mk3 Indian Red 1.8 8v Golf £875

Featured Replies

Here for sale is my lovely VW Golf Driver, which I have owned since January and it has been a pleasure to drive, always starts first time, there have been no major problems with it at all.

The reason for selling is due to going to university and I need the money, not the car!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Main Points:

1994 Model, VW Golf "driver"

Indian red

Mint condition interior for its age- no rips in the seats at all, in very good condition and no stains!

Electric sunroof which has been replaced recently and is now in great working order.

Tax until Jan '09

Mot until june '09

1781cc (1.8 8v)

Well maintained with just over 82,000 on the clock, a hefty amount of VW service history

The following extras are fitted:

Autowatch Cat1 alarm fitted by the "Sound Gallery" in High Wycombe, excellent alarm, very loud.

Height Adjustable coilovers- my old shocks/springs were on the way out, so i bought these instead

Mk4 Golf style crystal clear headlights- makes the car look years younger and are alot brighter than standard MK3 headlights

Smoked indicators and fog blanks

Kenwood CD player- great CD player, fitted just after got the car, Kenwood KFC-1760 Speakers in the front and Infinity 'Kappa' speakers in the rear door pods.

Bad points:

There is a small bit of bit laquer peel on one of the rear doors and the usual trolley dents & scratches. There are also a few dings etc from over the years, and there is also a dent in the roof from the previous owner, dont know how it got there, but will come out with a dolly hammer, but didnt really want to make the roof worse so thought id leave it.

Theres also some rust on the passenger side door sill, just over a fingers length, which i have been told can be treated.

Overall this is a good example of a low mileage MK3 Golf, with great potential for further modifications or to be used as it is.

This car owes me well over the £1000 mark with the modifications and everything else that has been done (the alarm alone was £275.00!).
