Mk2 Cl 5dr For Sale/swap

hopefully this'll be of interest to someone as i'm wanting a daily rather than a project. running an ibiza cupra on an everyday basis is a little too expensive at the minute so wanting something cheap to run around in!

The car is a 1986 mk2 CL 5 door

was jade green, but currently in primer.

small chrome bumpers

got a rather large folder of receipts dating back a fair few years that shows its been lloked after

has a new radiator and sump, and had a full oil change (plus filter)

new spark plugs ready to be fitted

GTI 16v interior

all round solid car, a few small bubble on the front wings but aside from that she's fantastic

bad points - no tax/MOT (currently SORN)

Carb seems to be playing up. but a new pierburg can be picked up for a tenner. i was planning on doing it myself but i dont really want to start on the carb as its not something i have any understanding of and dont wanna go ruining anything

all round it's a fantastic car that i'd love to get back on the road, i just dont have the knowledge or the time to get it up and running as wanting to get the ibiza off the road before MOT and Tax are due

all she needs to get back on the road is the carb sorting and a quick lick of paint and you've got a great, solid daily or a basis for something special

not really wanting to split anything, and would rather swap than sell if at all possible
