I have a polo 16v polo and its been lowered about 80mm and i have recently taken the front wheels off and a saw scratch marks on the inside off the wheels and am just wondering what has caused it because i have looked inside of the arch and i haven't seen anything that would of been rubbing on.

any help would been great chhers .
