i think you will find that the polo and the 50 were released at around the same time, the polo was the cheap run around and the 50 was aimed at the higher end of the market, that back fired tho as no one bought the 50. so if you wanted to be anal about it (and assuming mikey is correct) then you could say that audi and vw used Opel design to develop the first Polos and audi 50's..

smoothing the crap out of it ends up making it look like a blob on wheels.

a few cars on here have been 'super smoothed' but still retain some character.

Proper build threads are the ones on retro rides were theres about 30 pages of someone putting a 2nd engine in an escort or a chevette with a 13b rotary engine in it or even the guy that put a 27 litre tank engine in an rover sd1

But other threads likes of ones on 106 and saxo pwners club were theres some chav lowered his mums old ride with daft looking alloys and the most stupid spoiler ever need shot all over.
