There is no other time to work on it. I'll just wear warm clothes. I'm on hols as of Friday because the st00dents finish this week for Christmas, and I can't work on it in the summer because I'll be out having holidays in it!

Out in OZ I'm affraid there was a proper Gypsy van with a fully fledged log burner!!!!! Why they need it on OZ I dunno....but the nights can be cold

Just that with travelling 60 miles to the venue, I don't fancy driving around too much, I just wanna catch up with people.....& lets face it, we ain't gonna get any really decent piccys as the million tons of salt the council is dumping on the roads, makes a car look filthy in 5 miles

I'm guessing we will be staying as we will be going in the pub and then into bowling.

That is at the bottom of my mom and dads road LOL!!! I might meet you at the bottom and cruise with you hun. Let me know! It will be my first water cooled crooze LOL! Usually in an aircooled, so would be good to arrive with someone! :-D let me know.

Yeah, but there are two problems: (1) have you seen the premium on tax exempt vans? People ask for too much just because they're tax exempt. (2) I don't fancy exposing it to road salt.

Oh, and it has J-tubes, so no heating.

Got the polo back - now with decent gearbox properly rebuilt, so transport problems solved! And the clutch no longer feels like the other end of the cable is attached to an elephant.

Changed the start time in 1st post to 2pm
