Immobiliser 1.4 16 Valve

ok iv been having problems with mi polo i got it as a non runner after checking compresion the belt had snapped so put new valves in ect built it up and theres to spark, i then put the snap on scanner on it and it wouldnt comunicate. i have put a brand new coil on it still nothing. i lent a launch scanner off a mate and managed to find out its the immobiliser

the launch scanner would let me see that its got a fault but wouldnt let me check for diagnostic codes, so what I'm thinking maybe it wouldnt because the immobiliser was blocking it ?

anyway is there any way of testing the immobiliser or removing it or even hotwiring it? not realy bothered if the immobiliser is removed just need to get it running
