DU-DU was i guess a copy of the US Herbie of the 60`s also a bit nightrider style! check the dash out! made in the 70`s

So, went playing with the yellow mofo today, had a closer look for rot/rust, took all the interia out too to check the pans and heater channels. Not much rust at all really, just a couple little spots and some surface rust - woop!

in rust we trusted

seems sound mate it could of been a hell of a lot worse, the door can be replaced and the channels welded. get a maggnet on that panel that seems to have been repaired to see if there any filler under the paint.

we had a new spare wheel well welded in ours a year a go but then left it as the MOT was up. it needs a few things sorting on it to get going again. i just want to see want it feels like to drive.

iv got a type 3 stashed away to oh and my dads bay window wit 2liter on twin 40s should see a few show in 2009 if the sun comes out lol
